With over twenty years of experience working for a printing company in Chicago, Jaime knows print and design like the back of his hand. Drawing on his industry knowledge, Jaime works closely with each of our clients to make sure they understand the creative solutions available to them, so they can make the best decisions for their print and design projects. Not only is Jaime self-taught in this industry, but he is also a hands-on, do it all, team player who oversees every aspect of each project and isn’t afraid to jump in to help when he’s needed.
Originally from California with a background in fine arts and business, Karina brings a creative eye and sharp attention to detail to every project she works on. She has worked with our team for over a year with hands-on experience in collateral printing, print layout, and file preparation, she understands how to bring visual concepts to life with precision and style. Karina plays a key role in managing outsourcing, overseeing order fulfillment, and supporting clients through each step of the process. Her artistic foundation and technical expertise make her an invaluable asset to the team and clients helping them to feel confident in their print choices.
With roots in California and a lifelong passion for the arts, Sofia brings a unique blend of fine arts training and a degree in graphic design to the team. Bringing a deep understanding of large format, apparel, and print design, Sofia knows how to translate concepts into visuals that resonate. She works closely with clients to fine-tune everything from real estate marketing pieces to new brand identity systems, ensuring each piece is both beautiful and purposeful. Whether she's designing logos, creating multi-page prints, or mocking up apparel pieces, Sofia’s approach is always intentional, strategic, and rooted in creativity. She is always ready to lend her eye and expertise wherever it’s needed to bring ideas to life.
Betty is our steady hand behind the scenes, making sure every finished product meets our standards—and then some. With years of experience in embroidery, vinyl application, apparel production, bindery, and shipping prep, she ensures that each order is not only completed with care, but delivered on time and exactly as expected. Her attention to detail and knowledge of production workflows keep things moving efficiently from start to finish. Whether she’s stitching, pressing, or packing, Betty brings consistency, quality, and pride to every piece that leaves our shop.
